The first event, entitled "Drought, Water Scarcity & International Security in the 21st Century", will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at the U.S. Capitol. It will bring the Executive and Legislative Branches of the U.S. Government together with the public and private sector in order to provide an educational dialogue about drought and water scarcity and its ultimate impact on national security.
